CACTUS1776 then held at between FL090-FL080 from 12:56pm EDT to 1:01pm EDT to allow for a few arrivals to jump in ahead of them. Then, around 1:06pm EDT, ZBW Center instructed CACTUS1776 to perform a 312 degrees turn from 37 degrees (NE) to 312 degrees (W) while 1.5 miles northeast of Route 44/Route 3 in Plymouth, MA at FL087.
